Vera G. Hearns Smith Memorial Scholarship

This year we will award one $1000 scholarship to a student.

Must be one of the following:

  • a. Be a high school graduating senior, undergraduate college student or graduate student.

  • b. Attending a high school or 2-4 yr. institution in the greater Phoenix area.

  • c. Currently holds a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 or equivalent.

A completed application package includes:

  • Application

  • Essay

  • Resume 

  • Recommendation Letter (1)

  • Unofficial Transcript(s) (Finalist will submit official transcripts)
